Premier Building & Renovations has extensive knowledge and training on all the Azek trim, decking, and railing products, and certified by Azek for installation of their products.

Premier Building & Renovations has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovations, repairs and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89, in the jurisdiction of all EPA administered states, tribes, and territories.

In 2013, Premier Building & Renovations became part of a select number of contractors throughout the country who are trained in the proper installation of James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. In 2015, Premier Building & Renovations was awarded Elite Preferred status.
James Hardie Elite Preferred Re-modelers must meet a specific set of requirements prior to gaining membership to the program, including compliance with best installation practices and a professional sale approach.

As a Guild Quality member since 2013, Premier Building & Renovations relies on Guild Quality to survey customers on our behalf, to help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Clients issued a survey form upon completion of their project to provide their experiences throughout the construction process.

Premier Building & Renovations has met the objectives of Marvin Windows & Doors codes of installation, and are compliant with best installation practices of all their products.

Premier Building & Renovations has pledged to observe the NARI Code of Ethics that includes high standards of honesty, integrity, dedication, and responsibility in the conduct of our business and have been awarded Membership in the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
