Certified Firm
Premier Building & Renovations has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovations, repairs and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89, in the jurisdiction of all EPA administered states, tribes, and territories.

In 2013, Premier Building & Renovations became part of a select number of contractors throughout the country who are trained in the proper installation of James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. In 2015, Premier Building was awarded Elite Preferred status. James Hardie Elite Preferred Re-modelers must meet a specific set of requirements prior to gaining membership to the program.
