“I would like to thank Premier Building and Renovations for everything they did for me with this garage project. From the very beginning stages of dealing with my insurance company and getting me more money to complete my garage, until the blacktop hardened they were all there for me every step of the way. They even went so far as going to the town to submit the plans from the architect on multiple occasions to make sure that everything was correct and went according to plan when I was unable to. The professionalism and courtesy that everyone conducted themselves with went beyond what was expected of most contracting companies. Both Rob and Adam were there to pick up every phone call and when they could not answer I received a call back or a text as soon as it was possible. There was no hunting them down or a question of whether they were going to show up or not. They met me at my convenience, days, nights, weekends and they even came to my work when needed. When it finally came time to start construction there were no issues and everything went right the first time. Most importantly there were no excuses. All of their workers were very skilled and the end result showed it. My architect inspected the garage once it was complete and was very impressed with the build quality. I know that it was only a simple garage build and they are capable of much grander projects but they treated me as if I was their only client and made me feel very comfortable at every step. I have received numerous compliments from all of my neighbors about how nicely the garage turned out and I could not be happier.
